Our firm of 7 lawyers was founded in 1997 by two partners who previously worked in different firms, Mr. Gerry OSCH and Mrs. Cathy ARENDT. Mr. Gerry OSCH was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1987 and Mrs. Cathy ARENDT was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1991. Both have an extensive experience in working with foreign clients in general commercial and corporate matters and representing both foreign and domestic clients in Luxembourg judicial proceedings and abroad.

We operate in English, French and German and provide legal advice to our clients in any of these languages. Both Mr. OSCH and Mrs. ARENDT have completed their legal studies in France, where Mr. OSCH obtained a master in business law and Mrs. ARENDT completed a post graduate degree in private international law. Mr. OSCH holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Kansas in the U.S.A.

The total headcount of the firm is twelve people. Our main office is located on Boulevard Royal, in the heart of the financial district, with easy access to any part of the city. We are members of the PARLEX GROUP of international lawyers with associates in all European countries and with a member firm in the U.S.A., in China and Israel. Our firm typically caters to medium sized firms and individuals needing advice in banking matters, corporate or contractual matters or litigation. We domicile companies and provide two separate addresses to that effect.
