OSCH & ARENDT has been founded in 1997 by two partners, Me Gerry OSCH & Me Cathy ARENDT.

 

Gerry OSCH has been a partner of the firm since 1997 until his death in 2012.

 

He held a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Université de Grenoble (France) and an MBA from the University of Kansas.  He has been a Bristish counsel at the Kings College in London in 1998.  He has been a member of the Bar Association of Luxembourg since 1987 until his death in 2012. 

 

Me Cathy ARENDT was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in Luxembourg in 1991.

 

Other associates came to join our office later. 

 

Presently 3 lawyers are at your disposal in our office.

We represent resident and foreign clients, counseling them and representing them in Court proceedings.

 

We procure legal counsel in Luxembourgish, English, French and German, as well in Portuguese and Bulgarian.

 

Our principal premises are situated at the Luxembourg, 205c, Boulevard Royal, in the heart of the financial district of the City of Luxembourg, with an easy access to all parts of the city.

 

Our firm is a member of the PARLEX GROUP, a network independent law firms with offices in more than 25 countries.

 

Our firm addresses to small and medium sized businesses and private persons needing legal counsel in various kind of law.

 

We offer a service of domiciliation of companies and have a separate address for this.
